My daughters' samsung mythic just went through the wash cyle.?

I've disassembled the phone as best I could. I've removed the back, battery and sim card. I've even been using a blow dryer (my lowest setting of course) on it for the last few minutes, but was afraid it might get Too hot. There's still some water under the front glass.

Is this a "good" quality phone? Will it bounce back to it's pre-wash condition? Please submit respectful, helpful and only appropriate comments. To the obedient who comply to being respectful, I say THANK YOU to you now. : )

Had many a phones get wet and one in the wash it was cashed. The best suggestion is placing the phone in a bag of white rice and leaving it alone for at least 5 days to a week.

If the battery was removed and not turned on that's best. Try it and see what happens as we had one soaked and left it to day for a week or so and it worked.

Lastly blow dryer hurts it....also check the battery if the tape turn 'Red' and doesn't turn back to white with the dots try another battery.
